Elisa Trotta denounced before the international community the arbitrary detention of youngsters who were carrying out a campaign of prevention against COVID-19

The Diplomatic Representative of the Legitimate Government to Argentina, Elisa Trotta, denounced before the international community the arbitrary detention of six young people by Nicolás Maduro’s dictatorship.

The incident occurred when the activists were carrying out a disinfection campaign against COVID-19 in common areas in residential buildings in the State of Aragua.

“The dictatorship captures those who seek to help in the midst of the pandemic, while blocking the entry of vaccines into the country,” Trotta remarked.

Likewise, she demanded that these abuses against Venezuelans cease.

“Enough of so much hatred for our people! Every day the situation worsens and the only culprit is the one who exercises de facto power!” She concluded.

Denunciamos ante la comunidad internacional la detención arbitraria de seis jóvenes venezolanos, por parte de la dictadura de Nicolás Maduro, por el solo hecho de llevar a cabo operativos de desinfección de áreas comunes en edificios del estado Aragua.
