The Aid Live Foundation announced the start of its first programs after concluding a needs identification process where they established support for other foundations and civil society organizations.
In Colombia, the integral development for children will be sought, nutritional support focused on children, health and access to basic services for children and adolescents, integration and training programs for young people, promotion of well-being for families with care for migratory grief, and programs aimed at reducing xenophobia in schools and communities.
While in Venezuela it will endeavor to guarantee integral development for early childhood, nutritional support focused on children, health and access to basic services for children and adolescents, with emphasis on access to clean water and primary health services in vulnerable regions.
In this first stage, the allied organization in Colombia will be “Comparte por una Vida”, which will address malnutrition and access to safe water, contributing to school permanence, strengthening their nutrition, providing them with access to clean water and primary health services.
In addition, in Venezuela they will work shoulder to shoulder with “Caminando con Esperanza” and “Caminamos sin Fronteras”, with which they will provide nutritional support to 1000 young children and will benefit 2550 families who will have access to drinking water, as well as campaigns for personal hygiene and health to improve their quality of life.
The nutritional support programs will benefit more than 2,750 children and pregnant mothers in Venezuela and Colombia.
At the same time, medical accompaniment programs will serve 6,150 beneficiaries including pregnant women and teenagers, and provide access to drinking water for more than 2,500 people.
