The deputy of the National Assembly, Olivia Lozano, condemned Nicolás Maduro’s dictatorship’s attempts to censor and hide the conflict between the FANB and irregular groups on the Venezuelan border.
“Stop! They (the dictatorship) will not be able to hide the truth with the incommunicado detention of journalists. Reporting is not a crime,” Lozano said in a message on her official Twitter account.
Similarly, the legislator reiterated that the conflict between the soldiers of Maduro’s regime and irregular armed groups on the border in Apure State is one more example of the systematic pattern of human rights violations carried out by the regime in the country.
