The representative of the Argentinean company Ex-cle S.A, contractor of the National Electoral Council, which is being investigated for acts of corruption and fraudulent activities to the detriment of the public treasury and the Venezuelan community, refused to appear before the special sub-commission of the Comptrollership Commission that is investigating the acquisition of electoral machines for the fraud of December 6th.
This was informed by the Representative for Lara State, Guillermo Palacios, coordinator of the Sub-Commission of the Comptrollership, who added that Maduro’s regime prevents State agencies and companies from appearing before the National Assembly to render accounts on the irregular activities and frauds they have committed against the Venezuelan people.
He recalled the irregular relationship of the Argentine company with the C.N.E. since 2004, when the revocation referendum was held and in which process he participated for the first time hired by Jorge Rodriguez, he being President of the electoral body.
“We are convinced that with the participation of this company the regime has already set up the fraud of December 6th, since it is the same company that keeps the secrets of biometrics applied to the electoral registry as well as to the national identity card and other organisms such as the state banks where they have worked on the capture of fingerprints as a mechanism of political and social control that allows the regime to manipulate the entire electoral system in order to remain in power”.
He underlined that they will continue to advance in this investigation with the purpose of highlighting the corrupt platform that has been formed in the National Electoral Council to unscrupulously manage all the mechanisms that allow them to control the results that will be produced on December 6th in the farce they have set up.
“Currently, the country does not know where, how, or for how much the regime acquired the machines for the fraud it is organizing. What we can say right now is that while lives are being lost because there is no anti-venom serum in the outpatient centers, or medical supplies to treat renal, chronic or HIV patients, Maduro’s regime is spending millions to satisfy an event that Venezuelans reject because they know that the solution is not a parliamentary election, but a fair, transparent, verifiable and internationally observed presidential election,” concluded the parliamentarian from Lara.
