The Deputy of the National Assembly (NA), Carlos Paparoni, said that Nicolas Maduro’s regime has given nationality to 10,037 people born in Syria, Libya and Iran since 2010.
Paparoni who is Presidential Commissioner against Terrorism and Organized Crime added that the Venezuelan dictatorship continues to associate with illegal groups linked to transnational crime such as drug trafficking and money laundering.
“Part of the support that Nicolas Maduro has given to these groups has been precisely to give them a new identities,” he said.
The parliamentarian also explained that narco-dictatorship is responsible for drug trafficking in the region.
“Today in the Andean countries, for every kilogram of drug produced, approximately 400 to 500 grams of that drug pass through Venezuela,” he insisted.
