The Presidential Commissioner for Foreign Affairs, Julio Borges, insisted that the decision of the High Court in London this Thursday is a strong blow to Nicolas Maduro’s dictatorship.
“The international siege against the dictatorship is deepening,” the Commissioner said through his personal Twitter account.
Borges also recalled that the position issued by England reflects the commitment and support to the legitimate government of Venezuela led by President Juan Guaidó.
“Today the British judicial system recognized President (E) Guaidó as the only interlocutor and, therefore, denies Maduro the possibility of accessing the gold that is in England,” he remarked.
This Thursday, the High Court of London recognized, unquestionably, the legitimate government of Guaidó and denied the access by the regime of Nicolás Maduro to the Venezuelan gold that is deposited in the Bank of England.
