The President of the Republic, Juan Guaidó, reiterated this Thursday that the Legitimate Government managed to recover the management and administration of Monómeros S.A., which produced the rescue of one of the most important assets of the nation.
“In just one year we managed to rescue Monómeros S.A. from the corruption of the dictatorship,” said the president through his personal Twitter account.
Guaidó said his government’s success with the company, which produces and markets chemicals, is proof that it is possible to save Venezuela from the clutches of Nicolás Maduro’s regime.
“This is a sign that we will manage to save and recover Venezuela,” he added.
Likewise, the also President of the National Assembly (NA), asked the Ad Hoc Board of Directors of PDVSA and the Special Prosecutor’s Office to present their reports next week.
This Wednesday, the Board of Directors of Monómeros Colombo Venezolanos S.A. presented a report to the NA on the operation and administration in the last year and a half.
In the report it was announced, among other things, that four licenses were renewed by the Office of Foreign Assets Control that allowed access to raw materials, banking and markets, and that operations production increased from 54% to 71% (of installed capacity) in one year.
