The President in Charge of Venezuela, Juan Guaidó, congratulated this July 20th, the people of Colombia and its president, Iván Duque, on the occasion of their Independence Day.
“The historical ties that unite us have been strengthened with support for the fight for Venezuelan democracy,” said the Venezuelan head of state through his official Twitter account.
President in Charge Guaidó also recognized the solidarity that the Colombian government and its citizens have had in welcoming Venezuelan migrants fleeing Nicolás Maduro’s criminal dictatorship.
